Mudflats “Riso” Poster Bases

Drawn in Procreate for the iPad. For Liina & Co.

Inspired by screenprinting and using Risograph texture brushes and techniques. The first one has two color variations, one is a little more vintage looking.  The third one has a simpler version that looks more like a screenprint, which is the one we ended up using. But I decided to include the more detailed version because I liked it, too. These illustrations were used as the bases for posters for a branding concept for Mudflats Bar & Grill. The client ended up going with the other direction in which we used Adobe Stock for the backgrounds.

Finished posters for context (By Liina & Co.):

Digital Sketchbook Bits

Drawn in Procreate for the iPad.I like to keep a sketchbook, whether that is digitally or physically. Here are some warm-ups, bits, doodles, tests, sketches, and experiments from when I don’t have my physical sketchbook with me.
